Participants of the Sphagnum Symposium-2016 in Khanty-Mansiysk are invited to start Sphagnum meeting in the Saint-Petersburg region. Two days of excursions will provide possibilities to see Sphagnum species with sub-oceanic tendency of distribution which are absent or rare in West Siberia – Sphagnum auriculatum, S. subnitens, S. rubellum, S. quinquefarium, S.cuspidatum, S.tenellum and other more widespread species.
